After 10 years of studying Positive Psychology, he designed the first Positive Psychology Coaching Program in the MENA region accredited from the International Coach Federation. Coach El Ibyari is  currently enrolled in a Master’s program for Positive Psychology and  Coaching Psychology at The University of East London.

Hassan obtained his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from  Ain Shams University. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from  International Coach Federation (ICF), a Certified Job & Career  Development & Transition Coach from Career Development  Network and a Certified Professional Trainer from American University in  Egypt. Furthermore, Hassan Abdelkahar holds a diploma degree in International Career Management from ESLSCA Business School and he’s also a Certified Organization Design Architect from Kates Kesler Organization  Consulting.

Hassan has been working in the Human Resources field with various  industries including Automotive, Banking, Oil & Gas, Construction, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Real-estate, Telecommunication and Education. All of his work revolves around driving human resource initiatives that include People and  Organizational Development Programs, Succession Planning,  Organization Architecture & Process Design, Grading Systems, and  Learning & Capability Building Programs.

Coach Roba Omar has graduated from the American University in Cairo with Computer Science major 1991, She holds several certificates in Psychology and education. 

She has 16 years of experience in education field, she's a certified from the International Coaching Federation as a Professional, Relationship and Grief Coach. 

She got her first certificate in coaching 2018.

She is recognized for being the developer and instructor of the first ICF Grief Coaching program in the MENA region 

Coach Roba has over 1000 hours helping clients through her one-to-one coaching, in addition to helping hundreds of thousands of people and inspiring them through her videos. 

Roba's objective is to spread awareness and support people to live a positive, healthy, and balanced life specially after going through life challenges by coaching.

Dr. Nashwa graduated from the Faculty of Medicine Ain Shams  University in 1988, finished her master’s in clinical nutrition in 2006,

and has collectively over 15 years of experience in her field.

She is also certified from the International Coaching Federation as a Health & Wellness Coach / PCC.

She is recognized for being the developer and instructor of the first ICF Health Coaching program in the MENA region, where she graduated over 200 Health Coaches in 2020.

As a Health & Wellness Coach, Dr. Nashwa helped over 5000 clients through her one-to-one coaching, in addition to helping hundreds of thousands of people and inspiring them through her videos, talks, interviews, and seminars. Dr. Nashwa's objective is to empower and support people to change their lifestyle through health coaching; she was the first to introduce cancer coaching as a branch of health coaching to help cancer patients and caregivers through their arduous journey.

Her dream is to teach and graduate hundreds of health coaches. Together, they would all help people reach their health goals through awareness, action-oriented, sustainable lifestyle modifications, leaving  a true legacy that would outlive them all.

Hanan Sabry had devoted her adult life to studying about different  disciplines in Human Development to empower parents and  teachers to raise and teach children with love, wisdom and  compassion. Her work focuses on developing the best  versions of parents & teachers to allow children to flourish and reach  their utmost potentials.

Her experience in the field of parenting had started in California two decades back where she had raised her son, engaged in teaching, coordinated children and youth activities and earned her master degree in teaching from University Of San Francisco.

After she returned to Egypt in 2008, Hanan co-founded  "Akhlakona", a character building curriculum that was  administered at several international schools as part of the weekly  class schedule for several years. And in attempt to change the mindsets and hearts of parents and teachers in Egypt, she  designed and delivered several programs, workshops, trainings  and online conferences to raise awareness about children's  needs and facilitate strategies and tools to empower  communication and connection in parenting and teaching. She also created several games and tools to facilitate learning and  awareness.

Hanan partnered with Intellect Coaching School to design  and deliver the first ICF (International Coaching Foundation) certified Parenting Coaching Program in the MENA region.

Her twenty years of experience in the field have urged her to  reflect her own thoughts and insights into a parenting modality named “Compassionate Parenting". She compiled her thoughts into a book to empower a wider range of  audience.
